ISUZU VIETNAM SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE FIRST DEALER CONFERENCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026

On April 24, 2026, ISUZU Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ISUZU Vietnam) successfully held the 1st Dealer Conference for fiscal year 2026 in Da Nang City, with the participation of ISUZU Vietnam’s management team, authorized dealers nationwide, and guests from ISUZU Motors Limited, ISUZU Motors International Operations (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and ISUZU Motors Asia Ltd.

The conference served as an important occasion for ISUZU Vietnam and its dealer network to comprehensively review the performance of fiscal year 2025, while aligning on key directions and priorities for fiscal year 2026, aiming to strengthen collaboration and drive coordinated actions across the network.

In his opening remarks, General Director of ISUZU Vietnam, Mr. Wataru Nakano, expressed his sincere appreciation to the dealers for their efforts in sales activities, aftersales service, and customer care. He emphasized that, thanks to the strong partnership with the dealer network, ISUZU Vietnam successfully achieved its fiscal year 2025 volume target and maintained its leading position by attaining the No.1 market share for four consecutive years in the commercial vehicle segments in which ISUZU enters.

In addition to the achievements, he also candidly addressed the challenges in increasing market share and emphasized the urgency of improving business performance. In an increasingly competitive market environment, ISUZU Vietnam will take a more proactive and aggressive approach, focusing on concrete actions to enhance results and capture growth opportunities. He called on the entire dealer network to work together and proactively implement solutions to strengthen competitiveness and improve sales performance in fiscal year 2026.

At the conference, the market overview was highlighted as a key focus, providing a comprehensive view of the market landscape and the major trends expected to impact business activities in the coming period. Building on this, ISUZU Vietnam’s departments reviewed and evaluated the performance of fiscal year 2025, while developing action plans for fiscal year 2026 across key areas including Product Development, Dealer Network Development, Marketing, Customer Relation, Aftersales Service, and Sales. The content was designed with a stronger focus on business efficiency and conversion capability, aiming to directly support sales performance at the dealer level.

In particular, the open discussion format (Waigaya) continued to be applied, providing an opportunity for dealers to exchange ideas, contribute insights, and develop practical solutions aimed at effective implementation in the market for fiscal year 2026.
