On December 13, 2025, ISUZU Vietnam, in cooperation with ISUZU Thang Long Dealer, successfully organized the Safety Driving – Fuel Saving and Daily Vehicle Maintenance – Inspection for POLVN Joint Stock Company (POLVN). This program is one of ISUZU Vietnam’s key strategic pillars in reinforcing its commitment to become a “Value Provider” for customers.
Practical solutions for transportation businesses
The program welcomed 35 drivers and members of POLVN’s management team, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to driving safety and vehicle operating cost optimization.
Under the guidance of ISUZU Vietnam and ISUZU Thang Long, participants took part in three main training modules:
- Guide to Eco & Safety Driving skill (Theory & Practice)
- Instructions for daily vehicle maintenance & inspection (Theory & Practice)
- Explanation of vehicle health reports and Q&A to address drivers’ questions during ISUZU truck usage
Accordingly, participants joined in driving practice in two ways: Normal driving according to daily practice, and Eco-driving according to the skills instructed by ISUZU Vietnam. Through this approach, ISUZU aims to help customers reduce fuel consumption and optimize operating costs.
Having previously joined ISUZU Vietnam’s eco-drive seminar in Japan, Mr. Le Van Quyet, a representative of POLVN’s management team, shared that he gained strong confidence in the method after personally verifying its effectiveness, with fuel consumption reduced by an impressive 21.44%.
Based on these practical results, he decided to collaborate with ISUZU Vietnam and ISUZU Thang Long Dealer to organize an in-depth training program for POLVN’s drivers. Following the training, results were highly positive, as most drivers achieved lower fuel consumption compared to their usual driving habits.
Mr. Quyet shared: “Applying ISUZU fuel-efficient driving methods consistently not only brings economic benefits to the company but also creates sustainable value for drivers. When operating costs are optimized, drivers’ income and motivation improve, contributing to long-term safe driving habits”.

Organizing technical workshops and training programs to help drivers use vehicles properly is a key strategic pillar for ISUZU Vietnam in fulfilling its commitment to becoming a “Value Provider”. Beyond supplying high-quality vehicles, ISUZU Vietnam accompanies customers in lower total cost of ownership, optimizing vehicle usage time, and extending vehicle lifespan.
Through this program, ISUZU Thang Long Dealer also reaffirmed its long-term commitment to accompanying customers in the Northern region. In the coming period, the dealer will further expand its operations in Hai Phong to enhance service capacity and provide faster, more timely support for transportation businesses in this port city.
